4 Ways to Make Yourself Happy

We all want to find new ways to make ourselves happy. Sometimes we are looking for a healthy change or a better lifestyle. Either way, you deserve to live a happy life. I’ll give you a few ways you can make yourself happy.

1. Think positive thoughts: It’s always good to think positive about yourself. Tell yourself every morning that you’re beautiful, intelligent, and strong. Saying that every day can make a difference. Your opinion about yourself is more important than you think. Get into the routine of filling your head with positive thoughts about yourself.

2. Do something you enjoy: Of course, this is obvious advice. Finding something you enjoy doing is easy most times. It could be activities like singing, playing video games, writing. If you haven’t found something you enjoy. Start exploring activities you never tried before. You’ll be amazed by the new hobbies you will start to develop.

3. Take yourself on a date: Treating yourself out is necessary. If you work hard for your money. Why not spend some money on yourself.  After all your bills are paid of course. It’s nothing wrong with making yourself feel good so there’s no need to make yourself feel guilty about it. You deserve it!

4. Let Go of Negativity: Whether you’re around negative drama, friends, or energy there’s a point in your life when you need to get rid of it. Negativity will suck you dry! Releasing it out your life will bring much needed happiness for yourself. Remember that your happiness matter. Negativity serves no purpose in your life.

If you haven’t practice ways to make yourself happy then start now! It’s never too late to fulfill your own needs and wants. Go out and create a life that makes you happy. What are some things you do to keep yourself happy?

How to Manifest a Good Life

It’s time for you to start manifesting a positive or good life. You deserve to live a life full of happiness. I’m going to give you a couple of tips on how to manifest the life you want to live.

How to Start

When you want to manifest things into your life. First, you must get yourself mentally prepared. Clear your head, start meditating, or do anything that’s going to open your mind to new things. Because you will have to get into the routine of thinking positive and speaking things into existence. Any time you want something in life you have to claim it like you already have it. That’s the key to bringing whatever you’re wishing for to enter your life. Plus, you must have some type of faith or belief in it also. One day take a moment to think and write down a list of items or things you want.

For example, you can write down something like I want a new car, a new house, a baby, lose weight, and a job promotion. Those are just a couple of things. After you write your draft find a notebook or journal that you will only use to write about things you are manifesting. When you find the perfect little book, you want to write in. Open up the book put the date in the top right corner or where ever you prefer. Start writing your first entry. When you start writing make sure you’re writing it in the present tense. Let’s say you want to write down you want a new car. Write the sentence like “I have a new blue 2018 Toyota Corolla.” Write the sentences like you already have the item or the event is happening in your life.

Speak it in Existence 

This tricks your mind into thinking that you have it. As you keep writing every day what you want to have. You will eventually start seeing how your life will change for the better. You must get yourself in the habit of writing what you want at least every day, thinking positive, and having faith.

Also, another thing you need to do is when you are speaking about your problems aloud avoid saying negative things like “I am so broke.” Try rephrasing that sentence and say “I will have more money coming soon” or anything that will prevent you from saying you’re broke. Breaking the habit of saying words like can’t, won’t, never… etc. is tough trust me I know exactly how hard it is. Then I remind myself I have to speak positive words aloud to keep positivity around me. Anyways, like I was saying to break the habit of speaking negative words aloud.

Another thing you need to know is when you are manifesting things into your life keep it a secret to yourself. Don’t share it with anyone else. The reason I tell you that is because you could confide in a friend or family member about what you want to manifest, and they try to pretend to be happy for you in your face. Behind closed doors or in their head they could be wishing for your downfall. You don’t want their negative thinking or thoughts aloud to affect what you have going on. Also, make sure the journal you’re writing is in a good hiding spot. Put it in a place where no one can find it and read what you wrote. It’s your private journal.

Be in a Relationship that Makes You Happy 

When you first meet, someone make sure you take your time to get to know them. Taking your time with your potential boyfriend or girlfriend helps you learn what type of person they are. Of course, when you have feelings for someone you’re ready to rush into a relationship. That’s not always a good thing. Sometimes you’ll see warning signs before a relationship starts. The warning signs could be unnecessary lies, flirting with any person they talk to, and disrespecting you. To be honest, we all get into relationships ignoring obvious warning signs.

Most of the time it’s our fault we are in bad relationships. We want to believe that anyone that we like is automatically “the one.” That’s not always the case. This is when you realize you’re not happy with the person. To be happy in a relationship, you must learn the qualities you want in a person. Most importantly you must love yourself first. They always say you have to love yourself first to know your worth.

Everyone deserves a happy relationship. You’ll know when you’re in one because you will start glowing. The relationship will make a positive effect on you. You won’t have any major fights like your other toxic relationships. I mean I know all couples have arguments, but you will be able to pick out a silly argument from a toxic argument. Nobody wants to feel stuck in a miserable relationship.

If you feel like you’re not happy anymore be honest with the person you’re with. This is not an easy thing to do because you may not want to hurt the other person’s feelings. In the end, they will appreciate you for being honest though. You never know they might feel the same way. You deserve happiness! Always remember to stay true to yourself. Don’t let an unhealthy relationship steal your happiness.

Why I’m Glad I Discovered That I Have Anxiety

It all started back in middle school when I was in the 8th grade. I noticed a change in myself. I knew the feeling of depression but had no idea what anxiety was then. Reflecting back I realized I showed signs of anxiety. This is why I always felt uncomfortable.

There were times when I tried to explain to my mom how uncomfortable I felt in the school classrooms. She thought I was talking nonsense. I wish she would’ve taken me more seriously back then. Maybe I would’ve found out earlier that I had anxiety. Sometimes she still acts funny when I talk about what I go through with anxiety.

Later on, when I started blogging that’s when I discovered what anxiety was all about. Most people in the blogging world suffer from anxiety and depression. I could relate to them because they been through the same experiences as me. There was a sense of relief to know everything I experience was real and I wasn’t crazy.

As a matter of fact, there are nights that I can’t go to bed without my thoughts running me crazy! Sometimes I wake up feeling scared with my heart beating fast. This is some signs of anxiety. I’m glad that I discovered that I have anxiety because I would still be confused to why “weird” things happen or bother me. Also, because it solved unanswered questions. I’m glad to know there are other people out here that are just like me. I don’t feel so alone anymore talking about anxiety.

3 Realistic Goals to Achieve (Des Blog-a-thon) #36

As I sit in my room thinking about life. I started to point out 3 realistic goals I want to meet. The following list will be down below…

 
1. To be happy: There were times when I thought I was truly happy, but that wasn’t true. I spent so much time pretending that everything is fine it trick me into thinking I was happy. Being happy is so important to me because I won’t feel miserable and will feel free. Happiness is easy to talk about but hard to create.

2. Be successful: Of course, this would be on my list. Everyone wants success but who is going to take the time to actually succeed?Nothing will stop me from reaching success. I’m going to work hard to reach the highest level. I deserve the gift of success. I’m hoping that my blog will be the opportunity to help me reach my future success.

3. Make a Positive Change: If I don’t make a huge positive change on Earth before I die. I will not satisfied. I have a strong passion for making this world a better place. Honestly, it doesn’t feel right to see horrible things happening and not doing anything about it. As long as I’m able to help others I’m going to try my best to create a positive effect. I know I talked about this in my other post. It’s something I’ll never get tired of mentioning.

Is it Worth It? (Des Blog-a-thon) #33

My blog is something worth continuing. I can see it’s potential. All my content I’m releasing intrigues, my readers.  I can see myself turning my blog into a full-time career. As you all can see I put a lot of time and effort into it. When it comes to my blog I take it seriously. I have to make sure everything is perfect in my eyes. Blogging makes me happy. Blogging is the best thing that ever happened to me. I’m glad I didn’t procrastinate on starting it. I came so far in the blogging world. This is one hobby I don’t regret doing. Like I said in a past post sometimes I start new hobbies then quit them cause I get bored. That didn’t happen with blogging though. Sometimes we don’t realize how much little things can make a big impact on our lives.

Why I started my blog?

The main reason why I started a blog because I thought it would be a good way for me to inspire and write posts that many people can relate to. Honestly, I just thought it would be a little hobby that I would start then suddenly stop. I was wrong about that. I grew to love blogging because I have talked to friendly, relatable, and encouraging people. In my opinion creating a blog was the best thing that has happen to me.
