Words Do Hurt People Feelings

It’s time to talk about how much words do hurt people. I know you remember that saying “sticks and stones may break my bones but words don’t hurt.” This saying is not true at all. Honestly, words hurt worse than getting hurt physically. It hits you in a deep kind of way. The type of pain that never goes away. It really hits you to the core.

Especially if you hear those hurtful words from someone that you are close with. Those people know the wrong words to say at the wrong time. I feel like if a person says something that makes you upset in an emotional way. Then you should keep your distance away from there. Most of the time they say comments to hurt your feelings because that’s their intentions anyway. They want to see you upset or have a downfall. Also, it’s best to keep your distance if you express to them that what they say hurts you and they ignore what you told them.

Not everyone takes what a person says lightly. That’s why you should watch what you say to people. Even if a person doesn’t show you they feel some type of way about certain things you might’ve said to them. You can still feel a weird vibe between the two of you if you are around them or whenever you communicate with them. You never know what a person is going through. What you say to them might trigger them to spazz out or even worse commit suicide or at least try to. Not everyone is mentally stable to handle certain things. If you have sense enough to know that what you may say to a person won’t be nice. Then you should keep it to yourself. It’s nothing wrong with speaking your mind. You just need to learn how to speak your mind in a respectful way.

Share your opinion on how words hurt people feelings. Do you consider the person sensitive? If you had an experience with someone hurting your feelings by what they said to you share your story. That’s if you don’t mind telling it.

This is facts. I knew this since elementary school. Words can break a heart in less than a second.
Word have the power to build and destroy. God created the world in six days with the power of his words so you know words have power.
When I got my heartbroken a little over 3 years ago, that was a time when word really tore me apart. I was writing heart break poems left and right. I wrote a blog about this a wile back in December. If you interested I can send u the link later. It just take the right sentence expressed verbally to fuck somebody up
