Feeling mentally drained can affect you in many ways. It can affect your work life, take you away from your personal goals, and drive you insane. You slowly deteriorate internally. That’s why it’s best for you to take control of yourself. So, if you are feeling mentally drained take a break! You need that break so you can rejuvenate.

Most of the time you don’t notice how hard you’re working yourself until you run into an issue or problem. After doing a lot of reflecting I realize how much I was overworking myself. I always feel like I’m not doing enough so I’ll pile tasks on top of each other to keep myself busy. Sadly to say this issue is my fault.
