You know what hurts the most is when you have no one to talk to about your problems. Everything you’re dealing with is bottled up inside you. Even the person closest to you doesn’t care about what’s going on with you. They don’t even bother to ask what is wrong when you express to them that you’re not okay. It cuts a deep wound inside you because they were the only hope you had. You build up the courage to open up to them which is something you always were against because other people from the past failed you when you came to them.
How Do I Deal with My Problems?
People always say it’s not good to bottle up everything inside. But how else can you deal with the problems? Not everyone wants to expose their problems on social media as an outlet when they don’t have a person to lean on. Every person doesn’t have the urge to write out their feelings in a journal. Some of us can’t afford to go seek help from a therapist or mentally ready to talk to one. Drowning in alcohol or taking drugs isn’t the route some of us want to take to solve the conflict.
So, you sit there letting every emotion, situation, or thoughts eat you up inside. Knowing that it’s not healthy and will result in you having a breakdown. You could care less though because it’s a habit you grew accustomed to. Then people wonder why you isolate yourself or disappear without a warning. It’s the only way you know how to deal with your problems.
Having no one to vent to is the toughest thing to deal with. No one wants to feel like they’re alone in this world. We all need or want someone to comfort us when are at our lowest point. There is always a solution to what you’re going through. Right now what you’re experiencing may not make sense but it’s a test that will make you stronger. You are loved. There will be someone or people there to comfort you when you need them the most. They will love you in the ways you dreamed of. You will get that emotional fulfillment you need. Stay strong my love you were made to fight this battle.
