To spread awareness: Social media is the quickest way to spread news especially on Facebook and Twitter. In fact, when we read your timeline you see some type of news headline. For example, it can be the celebrity, local, or international news. Also, it doesn’t matter whether you’re famous or an ordinary person you’re free to make any information public as long as it isn’t harmful or influencing inappropriate behavior.
Promote yourself: Social media is a good way to promote yourself especially if you have a big following base. You have to grab your followers attention. You never know who’s out there watching you and following your work. When you least expect it someone will reach out to you. Make sure you give yourself options. You don’t have to accept every offer that comes your way.
Networking: You may be scrolling through social media snooping on other people’s pages or minding your own business. One or more people may catch your eye and you want to get to know them better. Make sure you be careful though cause the Internet can be dangerous. Anyways, you find a person or people to network with you to expand your business. Making the right connections with others can help you be successful.
